What does it cost to receive my order?

Standard Delivery to the UK is £4.20 for all orders under £35.  We will deliver your products to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles).

We also deliver to EU countries. Postage cost to the EU countries will be £29.99 for orders under £50.

When will I receive my order?

Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed from time of purchase. This allows for card security verification checks and allows you to cancel up until then. Orders placed on working days will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.

UK Orders will be delivered within 3 - 7 working days from the day after the purchase.

All Express UK orders are for weekday deliveries only and will be processed on the same day if the order is received by 2pm.  Otherwise, the order will be processed the following working day.

EU Orders will be delivered within ten days working days from the day after the purchase.

Orders outside the UK and EU will be delivered up to 15 working days from purchase.
